CityScape Farms is a San Diego-based business specializing in handcrafted plant gifts. Many of our plants are propagated from our own mature mother plants and assembled into gift-ready arrangements for local delivery and shipping.

2. Products

Because every plant is a living product:

• Each plant is unique.

• Leaf shape, size, color, and variegation naturally vary.

• Product photos represent the style of the item but may not be the exact plant you receive.

• Natural imperfections are part of living plants and are not considered defects.

3. Plant Care

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate care after delivery.

Plant health can be affected by:

• Light conditions

• Temperature

• Watering habits

• Humidity

• Repotting

• Pets or pests

CityScape Farms cannot guarantee the continued health of plants once they have been delivered.

4. Orders

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders

• Limit quantities

• Refuse service

• Correct pricing errors

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you with replacement or refund options.

5. Local Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order when required.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided, additional delivery fees may apply.

6. Shipping

When shipping outside our local delivery area:

• Delivery times are estimates only.

• Weather and carrier delays are outside our control.

• We package plants carefully, but minor soil movement or cosmetic changes during transit may occur.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of live plants, we generally do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photographs of the product

3. Photos of the packaging

We will review each case individually and may offer:

• A replacement

• Store credit

• A refund, at our discretion

8. Living Plant Disclaimer

Plants are living organisms that continue to grow and change.

Variegation, growth habits, and coloration naturally vary over time.

No two plants are identical.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

• Logos

• Photography

• Graphics

• Product descriptions

• Branding

• Designs

are the property of CityScape Farms and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

You agree not to:
